After order confirmation, we will complete picking, packing, and arrange shipment on the same day.

III. Shipping Time
Shipping Time: Approximately 2 days. Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the logistics company, region, or force majeure. Basic tracking information is provided for all orders.

IV. Return Policy
Return Period: Returns can be requested within 30 days. Calculated from the date of customer receipt. Return requests must be submitted and reviewed through customer service channels.

V. Refund Policy
Refund Arrival Time: Within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account. Actual arrival time may be slightly delayed due to payment channel limitations.

VI. Clearance Sale Notice

Due to changes in the market environment and ongoing operational pressures, our store has experienced continuous losses and has decided to conduct a clearance sale of Knife and Fork products at a loss. During the clearance sale, logistics service standards will remain as described above. Note: Due to continuous losses, the merchant has decided to clear out inventory at a loss.
